Bread Empowerment

Here's a secret: you never have to buy bread again. That's RIGHT. NEVER—Not even from me.

Part of the mission of Davis Bread Co. is to disrupt the idea that baking bread is difficult. We bake everyday bread for everyday people—and we want to help people realize that with just a little practice, they can do same.

Because baking bread Is not as hard as you think.

Sure, there are kinds of breads that are more difficult to bake than others. There are methods that take years to master, and ingredients that will drastically change the flavors and quality of your bread. But still, with the right methods and materials, you can make really, really tasty bread in a matter of minutes.

It was with this reality in mind, that we developed our BREAD EMPOWERMENT GROUP WORKSHOPS

Here's how it goes down:

I'll walk you and your friends through every step of the baking process—providing all materials and ingredients necessary for each of you to leave with one baked loaf and enough dough for a few more loaves to be baked within a couple weeks.

Throughout the workshop, we will discuss bread science (yes, that's a thing!) and baking technique.

And we will do all of this from the comfort of your own home kitchen.

Easy. Peasy.

Prices for the workshop vary, but we're really flexible with logistics—number of people, type of bread, materials, time, etc.

Contact me with some general details of what you're looking for and I can almost guarantee that we'll be able to work something out.

BONUS: Davis Pizza nights!

A few months ago, I hosted my first pizza night. It was incredible—40 people, 20 pizzas, lots and lots of good wine. Definitely, one of the best nights in recent memory.

If you're looking for a way to liven up social gathering, look no further—Davis Pizza Nights are just what you're looking for.

Completely customizable, Davis Pizza Nights are shaped around your event needs.

Hit me up if you want more information. Right now, because of oven limitations, we're limited to 50 people (25-30 pizzas). Everything else is open game.
